Most people dread working out, therefore don’t start, or stop shortly after starting.

Ultimately they don’t live a fit lifestyle.

Instead, Let Fitness Become the Best Hour of Your Day

Don’t agonize over what to do. We program a work out each day and help you scale it to fit your fitness levels.

We’ll coach you before and during the workout, so you are moving correctly to avoid injury and get the most out of your workout.

When you have someone there helping and encouraging you, it’s easier to stick with it.

Doing hard things is easier when done with others.

Not only do we workout together, we play together too with regular community events.

Being a part of something bigger than yourself, making friends, and supporting each other makes working out something to look forward to.

Sure we all what to look good. But how many people do you know that have lost weight, got fit, and have only gone back to the way they were or worse?

We measure workouts so you can see what progress you’re making. It’s a rewarding feeling, being able to measure how fit you’re actually getting. And by turning effort into the reward, you stick it.

Duration: 60min

Class Times: M-F 5:15am, 8:15am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm(except on Fridays)

Saturday: 7:30am

This is our flagship program design for anyone 13+ in age. If you can’t make EV Fit, no problem, we have multiple scaling options during class.

Duration: 30min

Class Times: 10-10:30am M-F

Although we don’t limit the age in this class it is great for older ages as it is designed with simpler movements and scaled back options that help you move better while getting stronger.

Duration: 60min

Class Times: M-F 5:15am, 8:15am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm(except on Fridays)

Saturday: 7:30am

EV Athlete is strength and conditioning programmed within our CrossFit classes. This is designed to help competitive sport athletes build the fitness and mental toughness they need to excel in competition.

I’LL MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE

While coaching at one of the largest Functional Fitness gyms in Omaha (Big O Fitness) for the past 6 years, I’ve helped hundreds of people ages 13 to 80+. I’ve worked with people who have never worked out before to some of the most elite athletes.

If you commit to showing up, I’ll show up for you and meet you where you are. The beauty of this strength and conditioning methodology is that all workouts can be scaled up or down to fit your strength, conditioning, and skill level.
