HOW IT WORKS
STEP #1 Place Your Order
Select Frequency and Items
Reserve fresh-milled loaves, buns, and pizza crusts online by Friday at midnight to guarantee pickup the following Wednesday.
Any subscription changes must be made before the Friday cutoff to take effect for the upcoming week, or you will be billed and your order will be made (See Button Form to Make Changes)
STEP#2 Pick Up on Wednesdays
Stop by between 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM to pick up your fresh order at E’ville Fitness (703 1st Ave S Estherville IA)
Orders will be inside our grain store, shop other items while you’re there!
STEP#3 Store for Freshness
Our fresh-milled breads, buns, and pizza crusts are nutrient-rich and made without any additives or preservatives, therefore, they require a little extra care to keep them fresh and delicious. We recommend following our storage tips to enjoy their full flavor and nutritional benefits.
Bread & Buns:
Come in a plastic bag with a twist tie.
Bread loaves are pre-sliced; buns are unsliced.
Enjoy at room temperature for 2–3 days for best texture and flavor.
Do not store in the fridge — it dries out bread and buns faster.
Can be frozen in the plastic bag for 1–2 weeks before freezer burn may affect quality.
For longer storage, transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
Thaw at room temperature or toast/warm straight from the freezer for fresh-baked taste.
Pizza Crusts:
Packaged in freezer-safe bags for longer freezer storage.
Avoid putting weight on pizza crusts in the freezer, as they can break or crack.
Par-baked for your convenience, these can be stored in the fridge short-term (1–2 days) if kept tightly wrapped to prevent drying out.
If you notice drying out, lightly mist with water and cover briefly to help restore softness.
Thaw crust at room temperature before use for best results.
Add your toppings after thawing.
Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.
Alternatively, bake from frozen: add toppings to the frozen crust and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15–18 minutes, adjusting time as needed.
