CrossFit is a 60 minute coach lead strength & conditioning class. Workouts are constantly varied, and incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and more. CrossFit class and the coach will meet you where you're at. Your coach will adjust the workouts to be appropriately challenging for you. This class is great for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness to athletes wanting to train their body and mind for a competive sport.

Fri: 5:15am, 8:15am, 4:15pm
